摘要
在高校后勤社会化的今天,食堂成本管理水平的高低对其经营状况和竞争能力有着重要的影响。针对当前我国高校食堂成本管理中存在的问题,亟待要更新成本管理观念,进行成本管理的制度创新和方法、手段创新。
With the socialized rear-service of higher education institutes, cost-control of dining hall has a great influence on its running ability and competitive force. In terms of the current problems in the cost control, there is the urgent need to improve the concept of cost control, create its new system and innovate its methods and strategies.
