摘要
根据羟基伸缩振动吸收带的特性,用最小二乘法有效消除了溶液中羟基间的缔合作用对测定结果的影响。此方法已用于聚合物中羟基含量的测定。
A method was reported for quantitative determination of hydroxyl groups using least squares-infrared spectrometry. There are three types of hydroxyl groups in solution with respective infrared absorption bands: free, dimeric and polymeric hydroxyl groups. The method is based on the measurement of the Se three absorption bands resulted from the free, dimeric and polymeric hydroxyl groups. The extinction coefficients were calculated by use of least square method, so the linear relation between the concentration of hydroxyl groups and their absorbance were obtained. The effect of thickness of sample cells and temperature were also investigated. The method is very simple and has been applied to tile determination of hydroxyl groups in polymer samples.
