摘要 Caveolae是细胞膜表面特异性内陷微区,caveolin是caveolae的结构蛋白,维持caveolae的结构和功能。Caveolae/caveolin参与细胞的多种生命活动,包括胆固醇的转运、信号转导和细胞的胞吞、胞饮作用。Caveolae/caveolin参与了心血管系统多种调控作用,包括对内皮细胞的一氧化氮合酶、平滑肌细胞的增殖、心肌收缩、心肌肥厚以及动脉粥样硬化等均存在调控作用。 Caveolae is a kind of specific invagination on the surface of cytomembrane, and caveolin is a constitutive protein of caveolae, which sustains structure and function of caveolae. Caveolae/Caveolin are implicated in many cellular processes, including cholesterol transport, signal transduction, and transcytasis of macromolecules. Many studies showed that the caveolae/caveolin was involved in the regulations of endothelial nitric oxide synthase, vascular smooth muscle proliferation, myocardial contraction, cardiac hypertrophy and atherosclerosis,et al. This paper reviewed the recent studies about the caveolae/caveolin involving the modulation of cardiovascular system.
