摘要
针对传统的无刷直流电机无位置传感器检测转子位置信号需要多级模拟滤波器、复杂的相移电路以及与霍尔传感器输出的信号不一致的缺陷,本文提出了一种通过对三相端电压进行简单滤波、比较后直接获得转子位置信号的新方法。实验结果表明:新方法无需相移,检测的无刷直流电机转子位置信号和采用霍尔传感器输出的位置信号完全一致,可与霍尔传感器所采用的成本低廉的转子位置译码芯片相配套。
According to the defect that detecting rotor position signals of the conventional sensorless for brushless DC motor needs the multistage analog filters, which have complex phase shift circuits and inconsistentence of Hall sensor output signals, the paper presents a new method which the signals of rotor position are extracted directly from the three terminal voltages with simple filters and comparators. Experimental results show that the detection rotor position signals for brushless DC motor (BLDC) of the proposed method is no phase shift and same as Hall sensor. The proposed method can be easily interfaced with Hall sensor based on commutation ICs.
