摘要
建立考虑各自由度之间耦合效应的系统模型,提出解耦控制方法,根据著名的Morgan问题,设计相应的线性状态反馈解耦集中控制器。基于已有的试验平台,利用所设计的集中控制器和基于简化模型的分散控制器对磁悬浮轴承系统进行回转精度试验,结果表明在磁悬浮轴承高速运行状况下,解耦控制方法有较好的动态特性。
Considering coupling effects,the system model is built,a decoupling control method is provided based on the famous Morgan Problem,the corresponding integrated controller is designed by linear state feedback decoupling method.By the distributed controller based on the simplified system model and integrated controller,the rotating accuracy experiments are performed in the AMB experimentation.Experiment conclusions prove that the decoupling method make the better dynamic characteristics for higher speed rotors.
