摘要
利用12电极电容层析成像系统(ECT)传感器和最小二乘支持向量机(LS-SVM),提出了两相流离散相浓度测量的新方法。电容传感器用来获取反应离散相分布的66个电容测量值。LS-SVM用来建立离散相浓度测量模型,模型的输入是66个独立的电容值,输出是离散相浓度值。本方法省去了传统ECT技术测量浓度时的图像重建过程。实验结果表明:该方法是有效的,测量误差在6%以内。
Based on 12-electrode Electrical Capacitance Tomography (ECT) sensor and Least Squares Support Vector Machine (LS-SVM),a new method for phase concentration measurement of two-phase flow was proposed. ECT sensor was used to obtain the 66 capacitance values,which reflected the phase distribution.LS-SVM was applied to establish the model for phase concentration measurement of two-phase flow.In this model,66 capacitance values were the inputs and the concentration was the output.This new method implemented direct concentration measurement of two-phase flow without the need of time-consuming image reconstruction.The experimental results show that it is effective and the measurement error is within 6%.
