摘要
以大豆品种北京小黑豆的成熟种子为材料,研究了不同消毒方法、激素配比、外植体以及芽诱导时间对再生频率的影响。结果表明,使用氯气消毒法,以大豆子叶节为外植体,在B5+1.0 mg.L-1 6-BA的诱导培养基上诱导5 d后,北京小黑豆能获得较高的植株再生率,每个外植体成苗数在3个左右。
Effect of different disinfect ways, hormone combination, different explants and shoot induction on soybean tissue culture efficiency were studied. Mature seeds of Peking were used as explants. The results showed chlorine gas was a better disinfection method. When the soybean cotyledonary node was induced in the medium B5+l.0 mg·L^-1 6-BA for 5 days, the Peking could regenerate rapidly. The shoot number of every explant was about three.
