摘要
河坝1井是中国石化西南油气分公司在河坝区块的第一口勘探转开发井,属典型的高压、高产、含硫气井。文章针对完井及测试中面临的井口压力异常高、地面流程刺蚀严重、含H2S、CO2腐蚀性气体、油层套管抗内压低等难点进行了完井方案优选,采用"三封隔器"完井方案完井;通过地面控制技术优化、井下管柱优选,设计出了地面采用双套三级节流测试流程、井内采用单SB-3、DB永久式双封隔器的三封隔器带井下安全阀的完井管柱,形成了一套高压、高产、含硫气井勘探开发的完井及测试工艺技术。为今后在河坝区块的完井测试提供了宝贵的经验。
Well Heba 1,a typical gas well with high pressure,high yield and high sulfur content,is the first one to development well through exploration well in Heba block which was drilled by Sinopec Southwest Company.This paper optimizes a completion program to solve some difficulties encountered during well completion and testing,for example,abnormal high wellhead pressure,severe surface flow erosion,having such corrosive gas as H2S and CO2,high resistance to internal pressure for production casing.A completion program,also called a tri-packer,is selected.Both surface controlling technology and downhole tubular string are optimized.Two sets of 3-stage choking testing flow systems are used at surface and a completion string including tri-packer and subsurface safety valve is used within borehole.This tri-packer is composed of single SB-3 and DB permanent dual-packer.Finally,a series of completion and testing technologies form for exploiting and developing gas wells with high pressure,high yield and high sulfur content.These researches may provide valuable experiences for well completing testing in Heba block.
