摘要
为揭示利用蚯蚓活动对除草剂乙草胺和丁草胺的降解影响,采用模拟实验方法,通过有蚯蚓和无蚯蚓的对比实验,研究了乙草胺和丁草胺在土壤中的降解过程的动态变化。结果表明,除草剂的浓度变化和蚯蚓活动影响其降解速率。随着乙草胺和丁草胺浓度的增加,半衰期在不同程度地缩短。在供试浓度相同的情况下,蚯蚓会促进其降解,加速其解毒过程,乙草胺和丁草胺的降解半衰期有一定程度的缩短,分别缩短了2.2~2.3d和1.1~1.3d。
In order to research influence of earthworms (Eiseniafoetide) on degradation dynamics of acetochlor and butachlor in soil, using the modelling method, compared with earthworms' and without those activities, this paper researched the degradation dynamics of acetochlor and butachlor in soil, The results showed that the concentration of herbicide and the activity of earthworms influenced the degradation speed of acetochlor and butachlor in soil, The hall-life of acetochlor and butachlor in soil decreased with the increasing of concentration of herbicides, The activity of earthworms can accelerate the degradation of acetochlor and butachlor with the same concentration of acetochlor and butachlor. The TI/2 of acetochlor and butachlor in soil reduced 2.2 to 2.3 d and 1.1 to 1.3 d respectively.
