摘要
针对中国石油化工股份有限公司北京燕山分公司循环水系统补水硬度高的情况,开发了一种适合高硬度循环水系统高浓缩倍数运行的水处理药剂YSW105。动态模拟试验和现场应用的结果表明,采用YSW105可使以高硬度、高碱度地下水为补水的循环水系统浓缩倍数达到4.0以上。控制循环水中的Ca^(2+)浓度在1500 mg/L左右,旁路监测换热器试管的腐蚀速率和黏附速率均满足中国石油化工集团公司标准,可显著降低补水用量。
In order to do with troubles from the high hardness water, YSW105-a novel recirculating cooling water treatment agent was developed. The results of dynamic simulation and in-situ experiment showed that the concentration multiple could reach above 4.0 when YSW105 was used in the recirculation cooling water system. The corrosion and adhesion rate of test tube in heat exchanger could meet the standard of SINOPEC when the Ca^2+ concentration in the system were about 1 500 rag/L, and a plenty of water to be saved.
