摘要
为了确保矿用自卸车自动润滑过程的正常进行,采用PLC代替原自动润滑系统中的时间控制器,并根据自动润滑控制的要求,设计了气动干油泵自动润滑定时程序。应用结果表明,矿用自卸车自动润滑注油过程PLC控制在较大程度上改善了矿用自卸车润滑系统的润滑可靠性,提高了矿用自卸车的使用寿命和工作效率。
In order to guarantee self-lubrication process in the mineral product dump truck to be carried on normally,PLC is used to replace the timer in the original self-lubrication system,and the self-lubrication fixed time procedure of air-operated oil pump is designed according to the self-lubrication control request.The application result indicated that PLC control of self-lubrication oil injection process from the mineral product dump truck has improved the lubrication reliability of lubrication system from the mineral product dump truck in the great degree and has enhanced service life and the working efficiency of the mineral product dump truck.
