摘要 采用1/4节点奇异单元,建立了求解圆筒外表面轴向椭圆裂纹应力强度因子的断裂力学分析模型,分析了应力强度因子随圆筒外径与内径比k=ro/ri、椭圆率a/b及裂纹的相对深度a/t的变化规律,并结合VB编制出了求解圆筒外表面椭圆裂纹应力强度因子的自动分析软件。 A analytic model of fracture mechanics has been establishment to calculate the stress intensity factor of axial semielliptical outside surface cracks in a circular tube by using the methods of 1/4-displacement of the finite element; the varying regularity of SIF is studied as the ratio of the external diameter divide to the internal diameter k, ellipticity a/b and the law of change Of the relative depth a/t. And an automatic analysis program to calculate the stress intensity factor of the semi-elliptical surface crack is worked out, in combination with VB.
