摘要
室内条件下采用浸渍法分别测定了4种生物农药对枸杞瘿螨的毒力。结果表明,4种药剂对枸杞瘿螨毒力顺序为0.3%苦参碱AS〉歼年虫菜蛾特WP〉0.2%伟鼎EC〉0.2%福达甲维EC。以0.3%苦参碱AS和歼年虫菜蛾特WP对枸杞瘿螨的毒力较高,LC50值在0.99~6.09mg/kg之间;0.2%伟鼎EC和0.2%福达甲维EC对枸杞瘿螨的毒力水平比较接近,LC50值在6.73-14.62mg/kg之间。
The toxicity of four biological pesticides on Aceria pallida Keifer was determined by impregnation in laboratory. The order of insecticidal toxicity was as follows: matrine 0.3% AS〉Plutella xylostlla granulosis virus WP〉emamectin benzoate 0.2% EC〉bemamectin benzoate 0.2% EC. The LCs0 of matrine 0.3% AS and Plutella xylostlla granulosis virus WP against Aceria pallida Keifer was 0.99-6.09 mg/kg. The LC50 of emamectin benzoate 0.2% EC and bemamectin benzoate 0.2% EC were near 6.73-14.62 mg/kg.
