大孔吸附树脂对头孢菌素C的吸附动力学研究 被引量:1

摘要 研究了头孢菌素C的吸附等温线,考察了吸附质分子对吸附树脂吸附动力学性质的影响。随着吸附质分子尺寸的减小,粒扩散系数显著减小,吸附过程由粒扩散转向膜扩散。 The adsorption isotherm curve of cephalosprin C and the effect of the molecular size of adsorbates on the adsorption dynamics had been studied. Particle diffusion coefficient obviously increased and the adsorption process was transferred from particle diffusion to membrane diffusion when molecular size of the adsorbate increased.
