摘要
目的对中南大学湘雅医院各临床科室送检标本中分离出来的124株铜绿假单胞菌进行美罗培南(MEM)、头孢哌酮/舒巴坦(SCF)、头孢他啶(CAZ)、氨曲南(ATM)、亚胺培南(IMP)、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦(TZP)、左氧氟沙星(LEV)及头孢吡肟(FEP)8种药物耐药性分析。方法K-B法,操作和判定参照2006年美国临床试验室标准委员会标准。结果对MEM、SCF、CAZ、ATM、IMP、TZP、LEV和FEP的耐药率依次为4.0%、4.0%、9.7%、12.9%、22.6%、38.7%、47.6%和53.2%。结论该院铜绿假单胞菌对MEM、SCF、CAZ的耐药率低,可作为对铜绿假单胞菌感染经验性治疗的首选药物。
【Objective】To study the resistance of 8 antimicrobial agents, meropenem (MEM), cefoperazone (SCF), ceftazidime (CAZ), aztreonam (ATM), imipenem (IMP), piperacillin/tazobatam (TZP), levofloxacin (LEV), cefepime (FEP) among clinical isolates of 124 Pseudomonas aeruginosa in Xiangya Hospital of Central South University. 【Methods】K-B breakpoints was used for all antimicrobial agents, based on NCCLS criteria in 2006. 【Results】Resistant rates of pseudomonas aeruginosa to antimicrobial agents MEM, SCF, CAZ, ATM, IMP, TZP, LEV, FEP were 4.0%, 4.0%, 9.7%, 12.9%, 22.6%, 38.7%, 47.6%, 53.2%, respectively. 【Conclusions】Resistant rates of pseu-domonas aeruginosa to MEM, SCF, CAZ in Xiangya Hospital are low. Clinical doctors can choose them in the practi-cal treatment of pseudomonas aeruginosa infections as the first-line therapy.
