摘要
民办高校相对于公办高校而言有许多优势。在产权激励、办学责任、管理决策、机构设置、人事安排、经费管理、考核分配、办学特色等方面,民办体制都显示了自己的优势。当然,要发挥这些优势,就必须完善治理结构、立足长远发展、保障校长权益、建立竞争机制、淡化家族管理色彩、注意办学特色、强化效率意识、关注制度创新。
Compared with the governmental colleges, the non-governmental colleges have their own advantages. The nongovernmental system gradually shows its advantages in property fight drive, education accountability, management decision-making, organization establishment, personnel arrangement, funds management, assessment mechanism, school characteristics and etc. To fully display its advantages, the non-governmental college administration must make great efforts to improve the management structure, insist on its long-term development, guarantee the president＇s management rights, set up a good competition system, weaken family management characteristics, pay attention to education orientation and strengthen the sense of efficency and innovation.
