摘要
组织核心胜任特征能产生战略异质性资源,是组织获取持续性竞争优势的基础。本文试图在已有研究的基础上,使用组织核心胜任特征为基础的动态模型来探讨组织如何获取持久竞争优势。
Organizational core competency is the major source of strategic heterogenous resources, so it is fundamental to generate sustaining competitive advantages. Based on other existing researches, this article intends to apply organizational competency-based dynamic model to explain how to generate and keep sustaining competitive advantages.
