摘要
制备了茜素红-多壁碳纳米管修饰电极,用循环伏安法和线性扫描伏安法研究了尿酸在修饰电极上的电化学行为.结果表明,在pH=1.01的0.2mol/L盐酸底液中,尿酸在修饰电极上出现一不可逆的氧化峰,氧化峰电流与其浓度在2.0×10-6-1.0×10-4moI/L范围内具有良好的线性关系:Ip=4.94×10-7+0.248c,相关系数R=0.9957,检出限为1.0×10-6mol/L,人尿样品中尿酸测定的回收率为101.3%-106.5%.
Alizarin/muhiwalled carbon nanotubes modified electrode was made. And electrochemical behavior of uric acid (UA) was studied with Cyclic vohammetry and Linear sweep voltammetry. The result indicated that there was an irreversible peak of UA in hydrochloric acid solution of 0.2mol/L with pH = 1.01. Good linearity was found between oxidation peak current and concentration of UA when concentration was in 2.0 10^-6-1.0×10^-4mol/L.Ip=4.94×10^-7+0.248c, relative coefficient R was 0. 9957, and detect limit was 1.0 10^-6mol/L. Recovery of UA in human urine was 101.3% -106.5%.
