摘要
采用新型阳离子高分子絮凝荆P(DMC—AM)处理制革废水,对其絮凝效果和影响因素进行了研究。实验结果表明,P(DMC—AM)的最佳絮凝条件为:[η]=750~850mL/g,用量为1.2~1.5mg/L,pH值范围广。在4~10范围内效果良好。6~8之间效果最佳,温度在5—55℃具有良好的絮凝效果。P(DMC—AM)同其它四种絮凝荆相比,絮凝效果明显,且用量少,絮凝速度快,受pH值和温度影响小。
A new Cationic Polymeric Flocculant - DMC Copolymer P( DMC - AM) is used to treat tannery wastewater. The effects of pH value, molecular weight, dosage of flocculant and temperature on flocculation are discussed. The results show that the best flocculation condition of P(DMC -AM) is [η] =750-850 mL/g; the dosage of flocculant is 1.2 - 1.5mg/L; P( DMC - AM) has good flocculation capability at pH value of 4 - 10, 5 - 55 ℃ ; the best condition could be obtained at pH of 6 - 8. The flocculation efficiency of P ( DMC - AM) is obviously superior to the other four flocculants.
