摘要
采用超临界CO2萃取技术,研究了从大豆中萃取磷脂的工艺条件。对影响超临界CO2萃取大豆磷脂的主要因素压力、温度、CO2流量等进行了考察,得到最佳的萃取工艺条件为:萃取压力30MPa,温度55℃,CO2流量35kg/h,萃取率1.90%。
Soybean phospholipids were extracted by supercritical CO2 from soybean. The experimental factors such as the pressure, the temperature, and CO2 flowing rate, which have the effect on extraction were investigated, and extraction conditions were optimized as: pressure 30 Mpa, temperature 55 ℃, CO2 flowing rate 35 kg / h and the extraction rate 1.90 %.
