摘要
根据我国大学生心理适应能力现状,采用动态性现场实验、问卷调查等方法,以大学生心理适应能力提高的有效途径与方法为研究对象,对高校体育课程中运用Project Adventure体育教育模式的可行性和必要性进行了分析,认为Project Adventure体育教育模式是提高大学生心理适应能力较为有效的途径与方法,并提出将Project Adventure教学模式运用到体育课程中的思路。
Concentrating on the means and methods for improving the psychological adaptability of college students, this paper analyzes the feasibility and necessity of "Project Adventure" educational model in PE class. By using the methodology of literature review and dynamic experiment, the present study proposes that "Project Adventure" educational model in PE class is the best way to increase the psychological adaptability of college students.
