摘要 目的;探讨氦-氖激光对真皮下血管网皮瓣成活的作用。方法:采用能量密度为2.39J/cm^2的氦-氖激光照射豚鼠背部随意型真皮下血管网皮瓣,对皮瓣的成活、微血管变化状况以及过氧化脂质含量的变化进行了观测。结果:氦-氖激光照射可扩张血管,促进血液供应,降低皮瓣内过氧化脂质的含量,减轻组织细胞损伤,增加皮瓣成活。最佳照射时间为5~10天。结论:氦-氖激光对真皮下血管网皮瓣成活有促进作用。 Objective:The purpose of our study was to explore the effect of He-Ne laser on subdermal vascular network skin flap.Methods:the skin flap was randomly derived from the back region of guines pigs including subdermal vascular network,which was radiated by He-Ne laser with 2.39J/cm^2.The sur- vival of flap,alteration of microvasculature and LPO were observed and compared before and after He-Ne laser radiation.Results:At post-radiation,the microvasculature was dilated,the blood supply was in- creased;the content of LPO in flap and tissue damage were reduced,The survival of flap was raised.The best effect was presented after 5-10 days of radiation.Conclusion:It is proved that the He- Ne laser can promote the survival of skin flap.
