黄淮麦区小麦新品种(系)高分子量谷蛋白亚基组成分析 被引量:13

摘要 采用十二烷基硫酸钠?聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(SDS-PAGE)技术对黄淮麦区113份小麦(Triticum aestivumL.)新品种(系)的高分子量谷蛋白亚基(HMW-GS)组成进行了分析,结果表明,在Glu-1位点上有12种等位基因变异,变异类型及分布频率是:Glu-A1位点3种,分别为1(68.14%),2*(4.42%),N(27.43%);Glu-B 1位点6种,分别为7+8(37.17%),7+9(49.56%),14+15(10.62%),13+16(0.88%),13+19(0.88%),17+18(0.88%);Glu-D 1位点3种,分别为2+12(43.36%),4+12(33.63%),5+10(23.01%).共有23种亚基组合,且有一批携带5+10,1,2*,7+8,14+15,17+18,13+16等对面包品质有正向作用的优质亚基或亚基组合,5+10,2*等在黄淮麦区小麦品种中的比例仍偏低.建议今后的小麦育种中还应加强对具有优质谷蛋白基因的亲本材料进行引进和利用. High molecular weight subunit (HMW-GS) components of 113 new wheat (Triticum aesti- vum L. ) cultivars (lines) were fractionated by SDS-PAGE in Huanghuai wheat zone. 12 HMW-GS alleles were identified. Subunits 1,2^* and null at Glu-A 1 were found with frequencies of 68. 14% , 4.42% and 27.43%, respectively; subunits 7 +8,7 +9,14 +15,13 + 16,13 + 19 and 17 +18 at Glu-B 1 with frequencies of 37.17% ,49.56% , 10.62% ,0.88% ,0.88% and 0.88% ,respectively; and subunits2 +12, 4+12, 5 +10 at Glu-D 1 with frequencies of 43.36%, 33.63% and 23.01%, respectively. There were 23 types of subunits or combination of subunits. Among them were some fine subunits or combinations of subunit, which could promote the quality of wheat-breeding, such as 5 + 10, 1,2^* ,7 +8, 14 +15, 17 +18, and 13 +16. However,the frequencies of fine subunits for 5 +10, 2^* were still low. It was proposed that more excellent parents for wheat-breeding should be introduced and exploited in the future.
