摘要
依据极坚硬岩石条件下冲击凿岩钎具的能量传递模型,采用梁单元及预应力假设,利用 ANSYS 有限元软件对超长重型凿岩钎杆上做了动力谐响应分析,得到了各阶模态振动频率和位移、力对频率的响应曲线。
According to the energy--delivering model of rock tools drilling in impact in that condition of super-hard rock, this article analyzes the super-long heavy rock drilling stem for dynamic harmonicresponse by making an assumption of beam element and pre-stress and by using ANSYS finite element software. In result it is acquired that the vibration frequencies of various orders of modes and the response curves of displacement and foree to frequency.
