摘要
采用俄SE-5.01振动式电火花表面强化机,以金属Cr作为强化电极材料,以炮钢PCrN i3MoVA作为基体材料,研究了强化层的特征、硬度、回火硬度、耐磨性以及900℃的高温氧化行为.结果表明,强化层是冶金结合的梯度涂层,强化层硬度和耐磨性较基体有很大的提高,回火析出的硬质相使其具有很好的热硬性,900℃连续氧化100 h后,强化层表面只有局部存在Cr2O3保护膜.
The hardness, tempered hardness, wear performance and high temperature oxidation characteristics at 900℃ of the hardened coating,which was prepared by using a vibration-type electrospark surface hardening machine made in Russia,with Cr as electrode material and PCrNi3MoVA steel as substrate material were investigated. The results show that the hardened coating was a gradient coating with good metallurgical bonding to the substrate. The hardness and wear resistance of the coated steel were much higher than those of the substrate due to the precipitation of hard phase during tempering process and the coating also showed an excellent red-hardness. After oxidation at 900℃ for 100h Cr2O3 oxide scale would be observed locally on the coating surface.
