摘要
由于埋地管道与土体之间存在管、土相互作用,地震、地面不均匀沉降等地层变形均会导致管道受力、变形而被破坏。管道的位移和力学响应通常与管材、埋深、土质类型等因素有关。通过建立非线性有限元管、土相互作用模型,模拟了钢管、UPVC管和预应力钢筋混凝土管在给定的地层变形条件下的位移和力学特征,并对管道埋深和土质类型等因素的影响进行了参数分析。结果表明,不同材质管道的位移量排序为UPVC管>钢管>混凝土管,浅埋和软地基均可使管道受力和变形减小。
The ground deformation caused by earthquake, soil differential settlement often induces damage of the buried pipe due to pipe-soil interaction. The displacement and mechanical response of buried pipe are influenced by many factors such as pipe materials, buried depth and soil types. By establis- hing the nonlinear finite-element model of pipe-soil interaction, the displacement and mechanical response of the buried steel pipe, UPVC pipe and prestressed concrete pipe under a specified ground deformation were simulated, and the parametric analysis on influence of buried depth and soil types was carried out. The results show that the displacement of UPVC pipe is larger than that of steel pipe, and the displacement of steel pipe is larger than that of prestressed concrete pipe. Smaller buried depth and softer soil lead to less deformation and stress of buried pipe.
