摘要
应用通用有限元分析软件ANSYS对一种型号的模板台车建立了比较完善的有限元模型,对台车各种工况下结构的应力和变形进行计算,找出了模板台车结构中存在的不足,并提出了改进措施,从而为模板台车的优化设计、参数设计及使用提供依据。
The paper, the discrete FEM model of the whole trolley is established by ANSYS firstly. Then the detailed stress and deformation distribution of the whole trolley and its key components under different operational static loads are obtained according to FEM analysis calculation. The shortage of the trolley structure is found out and then improved, to supply reperence to the optimum design, parameter design and utility of model trolley.
