摘要
采用付氏烷基化法,以氟苯、四氯化碳为原料,无水三氯化铝为催化剂,合成单体4,4’-二氟二苯甲酮;再以二苯砜为溶剂,在无水碳酸钾/碳酸钠的催化下,通过对苯二酚与4,4’-二氟二苯甲酮进行亲核取代反应,合成了聚醚醚酮(PEEK),并探讨了反应温度对相对分子质量的影响。通过IR,DSC和TG对聚醚醚酮的结构与性能进行了表征。TG测试表明,在N2气氛下PEEK初始分解温度为541℃,且到1 200℃时也没分解完全;由DSC分析可知,PEEK熔点为335.67℃。
4,4'-difluorodibenzophenone is prepared based on fluorophenyl and carbon tetrachloride, using anhydrous aluminum muriate as catalyzer. Polyether ether ketones are prepared by the nucleophilic reaction of hydroquinone with 4,4'-difluorod- ibenzophenone using diphenylsulfone as solvent in the presence of anhydrous K2CO3/Na2CO3 ;the effect of the reaction temperature on molecular weights is discussed. The polymers are characterized by IR,DSC and TG,and the struction is proved to be PEEK. TG studies show the polymer is stable up to 541 ℃ with a char yield at 1 200 ℃ in N2 atmosphere;the DSC studies show the melting point of the polymer is 335.67 ℃.
