光线性角化病皮损细胞Bcl-2基因表达产物的定量分析 被引量:3

摘要 Bcl-2蛋白是Bcl-2基因的表达产物,可抑制细胞凋亡,在某些恶性肿瘤细胞出现过度表达。为探讨Bcl-2蛋白与光线性角化病(AK)的关系,作者用流式细胞免疫荧光技术,检测了27例AK。结果显示:27例AK及正常对照的Bcl-2蛋白相对含量FI(FluorescenceIndex)分别为1.150±0.188和0.996±0.065(X-±S),0.05<P<0.01。但其中8例不典型增生严重AK的FI为1.335±0.0176(X-±S),与正常对照相比P<0.02。提示该病的Bcl-2蛋白有增高的倾向。 The Bcl 2 protein is the expression of Bcl 2 gene, which has been proved to be a suppressor of apoptosis and was found in some malignant tumors. In order to explore the relation between Bcl 2 protein and actinic keratosis (AK), authors analysed 27 cases of AK with immunofluorescence staining technique and flow cytometry. The results showed that the fluorescence index (FI) representing the relative content of Bcl 2 protein in 27 cases of AK and normal control were 1.150±0.188,0.996±0.065 ( X- ± S ) respectively , 0.05< P <0.1. But the FI in 8 cases of severely dysplastic AK was 1.335±0.0176 ( X- ± S ) compared with control P <0.02. It suggested the existence of an tandency increased Bcl 2 protein in AK.
