摘要
高校的主要任务是人才培养、科学研究和服务社会，而科学研究是完成主要任务的主要依托，我国高校科技合同的管理仍存在重申请、轻成果的现状，因此提高我国高校的科技合同管理水平能够进一步提高学校的竞争力，增强学校服务社会的能力，使高校的人才培养能够适应社会的需求，进一步提升社会竞争力。
The main mission of high school is to cultivate talented people, to do science research and to serve society, then science research is relied on to complete the main mission.However the actual condition that attaching importance to application but neglecting production still exists during the management of technological contract in high school. Therefore, it is so important to improve the management of technological contract in high school that can boost the competition ability of high school and strengthen the ability of serving society at the same time, all above will make the talented people in high school meet the case of society, also can further promote the social competition ability.
