摘要
针对山东晨鸣纸业联合厂房大跨度钢屋盖具有安装高度高、跨度大、质量大、工序纵横交错、工期紧迫、项目工程技术及组织准备时间短等特点,介绍钢屋架梁的加工制作方案、构件的现场运输、钢结构吊装和钢屋盖安装过程。同时阐述了保温复合板的施工方法和技术要求,保证了钢屋盖按照预定的工期顺利完成制作及吊装任务,使厂房达到了封闭安装条件。
There are some characteristics in large-span steel roof of Shandong Chenming Paper Industry, such as installation on high altitude, large-span, large mass, interleaving process, short period for construction technology and organization. Based on the characteristics, manufacture methods of steel truss beams, members transport, steel structures hoisting and steel roof installation process were introduced in detail. At the same time, construction method and technology requirements were proposed. Finally, steel roof is made and hoisted smoothly, and sealing installation condition is reached.
