制氧机接塔双面同步焊接工艺

摘要 针对LF4铝镁锰合金焊接所具有的强氧化性、较大的热导系数和比热容、热裂纹倾向大、容易形成气孔、高温下塑性低等技术难点,在某制氧机接塔施工中采取了能量集中的手工钨极氩弧焊,选择双面同步氩弧焊工艺。介绍了坡口加工、焊前清理和上下塔对接施焊进程。实践表明,该工艺具有可操作性,优于传统的铝镁合金焊接工艺,可较大程度的提高焊接质量,节约了衬环材料安装时间,降低能耗。 Because of technique problems of LF4 Al-Mg alloy welding such as strong oxidisability, larger thermal conductivity and specific heat, heat cracks and porosities produced easily and low plastic under high temperature, the manual tungsten argon arc welding technology with double-side synchronous was used during the welding construction of making oxygen connection tower. Groove preparation, cleaning before welding and butt welding construction of ther tower were showed. The welding technology has better operability than traditional Al-Mg alloy welding technology. This technology can also improve welding quality, save installation time of liner materials and reduce energy consumption.
