基于精梳毛纺系统的苎麻/竹浆纤维混纺实践

摘要 文章研究了毛型竹浆纤维和苎麻长麻纤维在精梳毛纺系统下的混纺实践。采用在头并处将毛型竹浆纤维生条与苎麻长麻纤维生条混合方式,及优化的苎麻/竹浆混纺纱加工工艺进行生产。通过对混纺纱成纱质量及各项指标的测试并与纯苎麻纱对比,得出该混纺纱线强力较大、毛羽和条干不匀明显改善,成纱质量有保证,可以进行常规的织造后加工。混纺纱通过机织物和针织物小样试织并与纯苎麻同类产品比较,表明此类产品具有可纺性和实用性。 In this paper, wool type of bamboo pulp fiber and ramie long bast fiber were blended by combed wool spinning system. Craftwork of ramie/bamboo pulp blended spinning yarns was optimized, blended spinning yarns were produced and spinning quality of blended spinning yarns and various indexes were tested and evaluated. Blended spinning yarns were weaved and compared by using hand samples of woven fabrics and knitted fabrics, and the results indicated spinnability and practicality of the products.
