摘要
采用常规石蜡切片法、PA S法和铁矾苏木精染色,观察华北驼绒藜胚胎发育过程.结果显示胚胎发生的类型属于藜型;合子发育为直线型四细胞原胚和近似T型的四细胞原胚;胚乳发育为核型;在胚发育过程中出现异常现象,球形原胚后期不进行子叶的分化,胚体呈椭圆形生长.胚发育过程的营养来源于珠心组织积累的可溶性多糖、胚乳组织等;从胚发育过程中的营养供应分析,出现异常发育不是营养缺乏所导致的.胚后期的异常发育可能是驼绒藜种子败育的一个原因.
Traditional paraffin sectioning method,iron alumhaematoxylin hematoxylin and PAS method were utilized in order to observe the embryo and endosperm development of Ceratoides. arborescens. The results indicated that the embryo development of Ceratoides. arborescens was the Chenopodiad type; the zygote formed a liner four ceils proembryo and similar T type four cells proembryo;the style of endosperm development was the Nuclear type. Abnormal development phenomenon is observed in later globular embryo,normal divisions was not undergene,the embryo grew at elliptoid. The nutrition of embryo development came from the amylose of nucellus tissue, endosperm and so on. Taking the nutrition supplyment into account, it can be concluded that abnormal embryo was not caused by insufficient nutrition. This phenomenon may be one reason of embryo abortion in Ceratoides. arborescens.
