摘要
西藏某铜铅锌多金属矿含铜0.11%、铅0.95%、锌3.95%。为综合回收各有用矿物,进行了详细的选矿工艺研究,最终确定铅锌依次优先浮选工艺流程。闭路试验获得了铅品位61.65%、铅回收率85.44%的铅精矿,锌品位48.09%、锌回收率90.40%的锌精矿。最后还对含铜铅精矿进行了铜铅分离开路试验,获得铜精矿铜品位28.67%、含铅1.21%、铜作业回收率49.23%,铅精矿铅品位72.33%、含铜0.20%、铅作业回收率94.31%的较好指标。
Certain a copper-lead-zinc multimetallic ore in Tibet contains copper 0.11%,lead 0.95%,inc 3.95%.One example is discussed in the paper which presents the results of a detailed study undertaken for processing technology, for the comprehensive recovery of the metals in the ore, and confirms the optimizing floation flowsheet of lead-zinc in turn. The result of locked-circle test is as followings: lead concentrate containing lead 61.65% with lead recovery 85.44% ,and zinc concentrate containing zinc 48.09% with zinc recovery 90.40%.Finerally,the test of copper-lead separation of the lead concentrate is done through open-circle test. The copper concentrate contains 28.67% of copper, 1.21% of lead with a copper relative recovery 49.23%,and the lead concentrate contains 72.33% of lead,0.20% of cooper with a lead relative recovery 94.31%.
