摘要
针对联合收获机控制系统的非线性、复杂性,将灰色预测理论和模糊PID控制设计思想相融合,建立了灰色预测数学模型,设计了灰色预测模糊PID控制器,并将其应用于喂入量的控制。仿真表明,灰色预测模糊PID控制算法可以提高传统PID控制和模糊PID控制的质量及鲁棒性,改善系统性能,获得较好的控制效果。
Aimed at the nonlinearity and complexity of combine control system, the grey prediction theory and the fuzzy PID control ideas were combined, a grey prediction mathematical model was established and a fuzzy PID controller with grey prediction was developed. It was applied to control the feeding quantity of combine. The simulation results showed that the fuzzy PID control algorithm with grey prediction had better performances for the control of the feeding quantity, which could improve the control quality and robustness of traditional PID control and fuzzy PID control.
