摘要
筛选了最佳表面处理剂为硅烷偶联剂(KH570),研究了偶联剂用量、pH值、时间等因素对纳米TiO2有机化表面改性的影响。采用亲油化度实验、红外光谱、透射电镜等手段表征了纳米二氧化钛的改性效果和结构。实验结果表明:KH570以化学键合的形式结合于纳米TiO2表面,当硅烷偶联剂用量为10%、pH值为6.5、处理时间为1.0~1.5h时,TiO2的有机化表面改性效果最好,TiO2存乙醇中达到纳米级的分散。
Silane coupling agent (KH570) is selected as the best optimal surface treatment agent, the influence of the factors ( the content of silane coupling agent, pH value, and time) on the surface modification are studied. The prepared samples are investigated by the lipophilic degree test, FTIR and TEM. The results show that when the content of silane coupling agent is 10%, pH is 6.5and modification time is about 1.5 h, the lipophilic degree of the modified TiO2 is the highest ; KH570 is bound on the surface of the nanosized TiO2 particles; the modified nanosized TiO2 is dispersed in nauoscale in ethanol.
