摘要
鲕状赤铁矿因其微细粒嵌布、结构复杂等特点,一直被认为是世界选矿难题。本文针对河北某地难选鲕状赤铁矿进行了矿石性质、工艺矿物学和选矿工艺研究,三种工艺流程试验研究表明,在磨矿细度-200目95%的条件下,强磁-反浮选工艺流程获得精矿品位62.74%、回收率48.70%的开路浮选指标;采用三段磨矿、三段磁选和三段重选的条件下,强磁-重选工艺流程获得精矿品位61.09%、回收率45%的阶段性成果;在焙烧温度800℃、焙烧时间75~90min、矿煤比11的条件下,焙烧-磁选工艺流程可获得精矿品位62%、回收率87%的指标。目前,该研究还在进一步进行中,以期在保证获得高品位铁精矿的基础上,赤铁矿回收率有较大程度的提高,以期充分利用该地区现有的赤铁矿资源。
With the feature of finely-dissemination particle and complex mineral composition,ollitic hematite is considered to be a difficult problem of mineral processing in the world.The paper presents series research on refractory oolitic hematite in HeBei Area as following: ore quality、technology mineralogy and mineral processing technolgy.The survey shows: with the fine grinding of the hematite to a fineness of-0.076mm 95%,getting iron concentrate having a grade of 62.74% and a recovery of 46.80% by high intesity magnetic separation-reverse flotation flowsheet;getting a period achievement with the iron concentrate having a grade of 61.09% and a recovery of 45% by the four times intensity magnetic separation,four times grinding and four times gravity separation;with roasting temperature of 800℃,roasting time of 75-90min and ore-coal ratio of 11,by roasting-magnetic separation flowsheet geting the iron concentrate having a grade of 62.74% and a recovery of 87%.So far,this reseach is still doing for the target of raising the concentration recovery on the base of high grade concentrate.The final target is to make full use of the hematite in HeBei Area.
