摘要
位于上海杨树浦路、建于1936年的一个直径为34m的经典钢质煤气柜,是我国近代工业诞生的标志。提出了对该废弃的煤气柜进行保护和内部空间利用的设想,讨论了如何对老旧煤气柜进行检测和设置内部结构使其升起,并对升起状态的煤气柜进行了结构安全评估。研究表明,除了有不同程度、局部性的基础损坏和钢材锈蚀外,煤气柜基本完好。内部建造钢框架结构将煤气柜升起和利用内部空间的方案是可行的。当煤气柜升起后在风荷载作用下,其钢板和铆钉连接都具有足够的强度,但是壁厚较薄的上部柜体容易产生局部屈曲,这部分结构需要设置加劲肋予以加固。
The gas tank located in Yangshupu Road, Shanghai is a classical steel gas tank with a diameter of 34 meter built in 1936, which is a symbol of the birth of Chinese industries in modern times. An idea of protecting the abandoned gas tank and making use of its inside space is proposed in the paper. It is discussed how to inspect the aged gas tank and make it rise by means of inside structures. The structural appraisement of the gas tank is carried out under the condition of its rise. It is concluded from the present study that the gas tank is in basically good condition except that its foundation fails and steel rusts locally to a different degree. The plan is feasible to lift the gas tank and use inside space by constructing steel frame structures inside. When the gas tank is risen and subjected to wind loads, its steel plates and rivet connections will have sufficient strength, but its upper parts with small thickness of wall will be prone to local buckling. The parts should be reinforced by using stiffeners.
