摘要
当代中国行政学自20世纪80年代恢复以来,围绕其学科基本范式的演变,主要经历了"行政管理"范式,"公共行政"范式与"公共管理"范式。在20多年的时间内,中国行政学研究以加速度的节律迅速发展,在学科建设、人才培养以及公共服务方面皆具规模。但是中国行政学发展到今天已显然面临着重大的危机,只有厘清危机的性质,我们方可为中国行政学的发展探寻出一条可能的新路径。
Since the twentieth century, contemporary Chinese administrative paradigm mainly has three shared examples, namely administration, public administration and public management. In the past 20 years, Chinese public administration research evolved rapidly, and showed reasonable scale in constructing the discipline, cultivating talents and public services. But Chinese public administration also faces great identity crisis today. Only by analyzing nature of the crisis can we seek a new path for fuither development of Chinese public administration research.
