摘要 根据Jones套圈控制理论建立的动静分析法,确定考虑球离心力和回转力矩,球和滚道之间的接触状态和运动状态,进而预测旋滚比.分析了影响高速性能的因素和实现高速化的途径.所得结论和计算程序对高速轴承的开发应用有实用价值. According to the dynamic static analytical method established by Jones' raceway control theory,the contact and kinematic states between a ball and raceway are determined considering ball centrifugal forces and gyroscopic moments,and then the spin to roll ratio may be predicted.On the basis above,some of the important factors that affects bearing high speed performance and the ways to achieve the speed up are analyzed in detail.The conclusion obtained and the computer program are of great practical value to the development and application of high speed bearing.
