摘要
现行的计划检修体制存在着严重弊端,随着电力体制的改革以及故障诊断、在线监测等相关技术的进步及成熟,在我国展开变电设备的状态检修意义重大。在对当前状态检修技术、故障诊断技术、决策支持技术和现代信息技术进行研究的基础上提出了一套状态检修系统的设计方案,通过对该方案的实施及其系统在试点变电站的运行情况表明,该系统得到了用户的认可并体现出极大的实用性、可信性及先进性。
The present scheduled maintenance has severe disadvantages. As the reform of power industry goes and the improvement and popularization of the technology such as fault diagnosis and on-line inspection achieves, the introduction of conditionbased maintenance technology of transformer equipments into power system becomes more and more significant. The article presents a scheme of condition-based maintenance system (CBMS) based on the condition-based maintenance technology, fault diagnosis technology and decision Support technology. The fulfillment of the scheme and the run of the system in two test transformer substations show that the system is practicable, creditable and advanced.
