摘要
基于数字摄像技术直接摄取选定目标物及背景的图像,用图像处理的方法通过对所获取的图像进行分析处理,获取能见度的相关信息。黑体识别采用类间最大方差阈值分割的方法,对分割后的图像用形态学方法进行平滑滤波,得到最后分割的黑体。通过目标物与背景物的平均亮度计算可获得白天的气象能见度。研究使用CCD摄像头采集图像,使用相应DVT软件进行控制连续采集传输图像。
Based on the digital photograph technology, namely the DPVS system, and through the digital camera (CCD-camera), the sighting vane and the background image are absorbed directly. The picture is transferred from the image gathering card to the computer. Using the image processing method and through the analysis treatment the visibility value can be got automatically. The recognition of the black box uses the method of the biggest variance threshold value division and the divided image is smoothed and filtered with the morphology method. The divided black box can be got finally. The calculation of the average brightness of the sighting vane and background makes the daytime meteorological visibility be calculated. The CCD camera is used to acquire the image and the related DVT software is used to control, acquire and transfer the pictures continuously.
