我国各省区碳排放量状况及减排对策研究 被引量:183

Study on the Status of Carbon Emission in Provincial Scale of China and Countermeasures for Reducing its Emission

摘要 温室气体导致全球气候变暖已为世界所公认,其中又以CO2气体的排放为主。本文针对主要排放源——能源消费导致的碳排放进行核算,并在省级尺度上对中国1995—2006年的碳排放进行对比发现,碳排放较高的省份集中在消费结构以煤为主的地区,如山西;以及第二产业比重较大的地区,如山东、河北、江苏等省。而一些经济发达、科技领先的省市,如北京和上海碳排放有明显下降趋势。 emission of the Carbon Dioxide (CO2) as the main. This paper conducts checking and calculation of the carbon emission caused by energy consumption, which is the major emission source, and on the basis of comparison of the emission volume during 1995--2006 in the provincial scale, it finds that provinces having the high emission of CO2 are those regions consuming coal as the main in the whole energy consumption, such as Shanxi; and also those regions having more second industries, such as Shandong, Hebei and Jiangsu Province. While in some provinces and municipalities with developed economy and advanced science and technology, like Beijing and Shanghai, their carbon emissions displays a decrease trend.
