摘要
目的观察透明质酸酶(HAas)用于软组织损伤性粘连治疗后的形态学变化。方法将制成肌腱粘连模型的32只SD纯种雄性大白鼠随机分为2组,每组16只。A组注射利多卡因1mg;B组注射利多卡因1mg+透明质酸酶15U。各组均治疗一次,剂量均为0.2ml。每组再按处死时间(术后14d、21d)随机分为2个亚组,每个亚组8只。术后14d、21d分别处死相应亚组动物,取标本进行大体观察、光镜观察、电镜观察、成纤维细胞计数。结果两组肌腱粘连范围评分以及成纤维细胞计数比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。电镜下A、B组成纤维细胞均处于高活跃状态。结论75U/mlHAas对软组织损伤性粘连无明显作用。
Objective To investigate tissue injury. Methods Thirty- two male SD the effect of hyaluronidase on adhesion induced by soft rats weighing 350 - 400g were used as animal models. On the 7th postoperative day the animals were randomly divided into two groups of 16 animals: (1)control group(A) ; (2) hyaluronidase group(B), lidocainelmg / hyaluronidase 15U + lidocaine lmg were injected only once in group A and B. Every group was randomly divided into two inferior groups of 8 animals. The animals of two inferior groups were sacrificed on the 14th and 21th postoperative day separately. The specimens obtained from the injury of right leg were analysed and compared through morphology observation and fibroblast counting. Results Morphology score and was fibroblast counting in group B were no significance difference than that in group A. Fibroblast cells proliferates actively in group A and B. Conclusion HAas 75 IU. ml - 1 hasnt obviously effects on the adhesion of soft tissue injury.
