远程测量系统中被测零件的重建

摘要 坐标测量机(CMM)与测量者分离进行远程测量时,掌握被测零件的位置与形状信息具有重要意义。提出一种对被测零件进行三维重建和定位的方法,根据双目视觉原理,利用从测量现场获取被测零件的图像及机械零件的规则性较强采用体积表示方法进行被测零件的三维重建,详细阐述了准确识别组成被测零件基本几何体的方法,展示了应用该系统三维重建和定位示例。 To determining the position and the profile of the measured objects is important for a remote measurement system. A method for reconstruction of 3D models of the measured objects is developed. This is based on digital images processing, binocular stereo vision and volumetric representation of the measured mechanical object with their regular structure character in a coordinate measuring system based on Intemet. An algorithm for accurately recognizing 3D elementary objects is described. Results of applying the system to acquiring 3D models of real objects are given.
