摘要
目的了解光动力学疗法(PDT)治疗眼底疾病时视网膜的温度变化。方法利用经典的Pennes生物传输方程,根据PDT治疗老年黄斑变性的治疗参数,以家兔视网膜为研究对象,建立了PDT治疗中视网膜温度的数学模型。采用有限元法进行求解,由Matlab软件实现。结果模拟了白兔、灰兔视网膜在波长为690nm、功率密度为600mW/cm^2、照射时间为100s、光斑直径为1—3mm的激光照射下,视网膜温度随时间变化的情况。结论数学模拟可以较为直观地反映PDT治疗中视网膜温度的情况。建模时必须考虑血液灌注对热效应的影响;照光剂量决定治疗中视网膜温度变化;眼底色素含量、光斑直径等因素对视网膜温度也有重要影响。
Objective To understand retinal temperature change in photodynamic therapy on diseases of ocular fundus. Methods The retinal thermal mathematic model was based on tissue parameters of rabbit retina and treatment parameters in photody- namic therapy on aged macular degeneration. The finite element method realized by Matlab software was used to solve classical bio-heat transfer model-Pennes equation. Results The retinal temperature of white rabbit and grey rabbit was calculated with the 690 nm laser. The laser parameters simulated were the power density (600 mW/cm2) , the irradiation time (100 s) ,and the laser spot sizes (1 mm, 2 nun and 3 nun). Conclusions The thermal model can predict retinal temperature intuitively. Blood perfusion term must be considered and retinal tem- perature in PDT is decided by laser power dose, and strongly influences melanin amounts of fundus and spot diameter also.
