摘要 论证中医学辨证论治与光能量的联系。根据现代中医学研究,指出阳相对于阴处于更多的、更高的能量耗损状态。结合八纲辨证和人体红外辐射所反映的生物能特征,分析红外热成像系统(TTM)在中医辨证中的运用。八纲辨证先分阴阳,而阴证和阳证的典型表现是寒证与热证。寒证患者机体热量不足,机体功能衰退向外红外辐射小。热证患者热量过剩,机体代谢亢盛向外红外辐射大。理论上只要能分清机体产生热量的高低,就可以大体准确地辨明阴阳。TTM能从机体代谢过程所产生的热量大小反映生命活动中的能量态信息,可区分疾病的阴阳属性。可以利用机体代谢过程所产生的红外辐射大小,区分疾病的阴阳属性。TTM有助于中医学辨证论治,使用时要依据中医学的理论,要辨清中医的脏腑的概念,具体问题具体分析,结合其他因素综合考虑。 To discuss the relationship between optical energy and the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) diagnosis and treatment theory. Based on modern study in TCM, compared with Yin syndrome, Yang is in a more energetic state in terms of energy consumption. The application of thermal texture maps (TFM) in TCM diagnosis and treatment was discussed, combining eight principal syndromes in TCM with biological energy character reflected by human infrared radiation. Yin and Yang syndromes should be divided first according to eight principal syndromes in TCM. The typical manifestation of Yin and Yang syndrome is respectively Cold and Heat syndromes. The organism with Cold syndrome lacked heat, with declining functions and weak infrared of radiation ; while Heat syndrome had an ex- cess of heat, with hypermetabolism and strong infrared radiating. Therefore, in theory, Yin and Yang syndromes could be distinguished generally by differentiating the quantity of heat produced by organism. Therefore, through the amount of heat produced in the process of metabolism, TFM can show organism functional conditions, reflecting body~ living phenomenon, and the syndrome of Cold or Heat can be distinguished entirely. The amount of infrared radiation in the process of metabolism can be used to distinguish the Yin and Yang of diseases. TFM is to some extent helpful in analyzing and differentiating pathological conditions in accordance with the eight principal syndromes in TCM theory but should be used accordingly. Different occasions should be dealt with different approaches, and from the perspective of TCM, take into account all factors concerned to have a clear understanding of viscera in the view of TCM.
