摘要
文章运用了CFD通用软件Fluent和Gambit对具有三个喷嘴启旋器衔接的等直径管件内的液粒两相螺旋流进行了数值模拟,得出了较为合适的模拟结论,通过理论分析并结合实验结果否定了该装置的可行性。然后提出了液粒两相强制环流的实验装置,为实验的进一步研究发展提供了可靠的理论依据。
The paper simulates numerically the hquid - particle two - phase swirling flow field in even- diameter pipes combined with the starting whirl with three nozzles by using Fluent and Gambit software that are common software of CFD, arriving at comparatively suitable conclusion that the device is infeasible, and then proposes the device with the liquid- particle two- phase forced circumfluence, which is the reliable theoretical base for further study.
