摘要
采用机械发泡法制备了脲醛泡沫材料。探讨了表面活性刑种类以及浓度的选择、脲醛树脂液的黏度、发泡温度等影响制备过程中泡沫稳定性的各种因素。结果表明:在温度为25℃左右、黏度为20~28s时,用浓度为8g/L的十二烷基苯磺酸钠作发泡剂时制得的泡沫材料综合性能较佳。
Urea-Formaldehyde (UF) foam was prepared by mechanical foaming. The effect factors of stability of foam were studied, such as the kinds and concentration of surfactant,the viscosity and foaming temperature of UF resins etc. The results show that when temperature is about 25℃, viscosity is 20-28 s, surfactant is sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (SDBS) and the concentration is 8 g/L, the UF foam possesses good comprehensive properties.
